Self-Service Password Reset Instructions/Link
If you have forgotten your password you can change it by following the steps below:
As part of the MFA(Multi-factor Authentication) setup, you have the ability to reset your own password.
Step 2 - Once there it will ask for your email address and you will need to enter the characters listed below the email address to prove you are a person (see picture below):
Step 3 - Click "Next"
You will then be asked for your phone number that you used to setup Multifactor Authentication (MFA).
You will receive a text with a security code that you will enter.
